I'm feeling much better about this guide to a simpler life. Here's to hoping and find the newer, shorter guide below.
Minimize
Chuck one non garbage item away each day
Buying stuff and budgeting
Do a budget, 20% food and fun, 20% savings and 60% on other expense.
Withdraw 30% when you get paid and only use for lifestyle expenses (food and fun)
Hobbies
Reduce your hobbies to five
Prioritise them and focus your time and money on them accordingly
Life Admin
Clean for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon
Building character
Have a goal this year, book in five hours over the next week to achieve it.
Define a new character trait every month. Each Monday write down exactly how you will embody the trait
Journal once a week
Read one book a month, 50/50 fiction and non-fiction
Nutrition
Breakfast, four eggs. Lunch, dinner left overs. Dinner with equal size meat, veg and carb.
Always have two bags of mixed frozen veggies in the freezer
Exercise
3x20 sit ups and 30 minutes cardio
