The workout

You'll notice a weightlifting workout in the guide and I'll detail it below.


Here are a few reasons that you should lift weights.


Firstly, whether you're a bloke or a women, you'll look better naked.


That's a simple one, second to this you'll feel more confident. There is something about having a strong body that allows your mind to rest in a more confident state. Look, don't walk with your arms flared out like you're a fucking aeroplane. But carry yourself with the confidence that a strong body gives. Also, be good to your body. What I mean is listen to your body, you shouldn't feel pain in a workout and if you do STOP. You know what's worse that finishing a workout early? Busting an elbow, shoulder or knee and not being able to go back for months on end. Trust me my dudes and dudettes, I've done it.


Lastly, if you


are listening to your body and eating good food, weights are going to give you more mental and physical longevity. In later articles I'll go through the benefits in more depth but the purpose here is to motivate you to lift and give you a simple workout to get the benefits above.

Make sure you follow the right form at all times, if you don't have full control then get a lighter weight
